All-Inclusive Group Retreats

The all-inclusive package price includes the daily grounds fee, three full meals and two refreshment/snack breaks, and overnight accommodation (three choices to suit every person's budget / privacy priority). Bed linens and towels are provided.   >> more

Meeting for the Day at Mysthaven

Instead of charging a meeting room rental fee, we charge per person. This $35 Daily grounds fee covers your use of our amenities and the property and common area rooms. Depending on the size of your group and what other guests we have booked, meeting space for your group will be allocated to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. The Daily Grounds Fee is charged for every person at your event. Plus whatever food service you require.   >> more

Meeting Space and Overnight Accommodation Only: Do it Yourself Food Service

Do It Yourself Food Service Some groups want to keep retreat costs to a minimum and as such, the participants are willing to volunteer considerable time and effort to grocery shopping, (before the event) and cooking and cleaning up after meals. If you want to Do It Yourself, you can rent our kitchen, refrigeration, and dining room equipment for $150/day, (or 15% landmark fee if you are using a caterer) and then pay the per person fees for day use and overnight stay.   >> more

Mysthaven Booking Policy

Please be sure about your date before you book with us. Your deposit is not refundable or transferable. If we book that date for you and say no to other parties, you are responsible for lost opportunities for us. The confirmation deposit required is 33% of the estimated total bill.   >> more
